The PMC 1000 paper cup and paperboard container forming machine is known as one of the world's most trusted and dependable basic cup machines. The PMC 1000 forms single-wrap, two-piece cups and containers for hot and cold liquids, ice cream and other food products. Sizes range from just 2 ounces to as large as 18 ounces with production speeds of up to 200 cups per minute. Design options include elongated rims as well as lid grooves to accommodate snap-in lids.

The PMC 1000 delivers a host of engineering innovations to ensure reliable, economical, high speed performance. PLC controls, a variable-speed drive and a cycle start/stop feature give the PMC 1000 its high level of production flexibility and efficiency. In addition, the machine's tooling can be quickly changed in under six hours to produce another cup size or container. PMC's heavy-duty mechanical components ensure reliable operation and easy maintenance.

With optional in-line, flexographic, four-color printing and stack feeding of pre-cut sidewall blanks, the PMC 1000 offers maximum versatility in basic cup and container production.
