per minute, the PMC 1002 is by far the fastest machine of
its type in the world today.
Built on the legacy
of the PMC 1001 machine, the PMC 1002 incorporates many of
the same performance features that have been proven to reduce
wear, improve uptime and increase production.
From the base up,
the PMC 1002 is designed and built for speed, with lightweight
components for the fastest operation, and reduced levels of
friction, heat, abrasion and wear. The spare parts consumption
of the PMC 1002 is just half that of older PMC machines.
The PMC 1002 produces
cups and containers in sizes ranging from 4 ounces up to 32
ounces, with design options such as flattened rims, elongated
rims and lid grooves for snap-in lids.
Advanced performance
features such as an easy-to-read, color touch-screen operator
control, fast tooling changeovers and tooling that's interchangeable
with the PMC 1001 maximize the PMC 1002's versatility to ensure
the fastest, easiest cup and container production ever.
