Delivering production speeds of 225 cups or containers per minute, the PMC 1002P forms the first-ever convolute pre-printed plastic containers. Barrier PlusTM containers formed on the PMC 1002P feature double sealed recessed bottoms providing high barrier to keep product fresh.

The PMC 1002P is engineered with performance features that have been proven to reduce wear, improve uptime and increase production. From the base up, the PMC 1002P is designed and built for speed, with lightweight components for the fastest operation, and reduced levels of friction, heat, abrasion and wear.

The PMC 1002P produces cups and containers in sizes ranging from 4 ounces up to 32 ounces.  The round, elongated or flat top curl provides hoop strength, accommodates a snap-on lid or membrane and makes container opening and re-closing easier.

Advanced performance features such as an easy-to-read, color touch-screen operator control and fast tooling changeovers maximize the PMC 1002P's versatility to ensure the fastest, easiest cup and container production ever.
