The PMC 1015 four-color flexographic printing press is the first printer designed to run in-line with PMC's state-of-the-art cup-forming machines.

Rugged construction and easy set-up make these presses efficient performers for both long and short production runs. Their stack-type modular design accommodates up to four-color decks that can be either factory or field installed. 

Using standard flexographic printing technology for one to four colors, the PMC 1015 stack press prints cups ranging in size from 4 to 32 ounces at speeds of 115 to 200 per minute.

Designed for use with water-based inks, the PMC 1015 features a complete recirculating system with heavy-duty pneumatic ink pumps. Micro running adjustment allows for horizontal and vertical alignment for precise color registration. It can also print on a web that will form wax cups for cold-drink applications, or on heat-seal materials for forming cups for hot or cold drink applications.
