PMC 3000 Container Machine

The PMC 3000 forming machine provides unparalleled performance in producing large popcorn and food service containers at sustained speeds over long production runs.

The PMC 3000 forms single-wrap two-piece containers from either uncoated or polyethylene-coated paperboard depending on the type of seal desired. Heat-sealed containers are made of stock coated with low-density, heat-sealable polyethylene. If glue sealing is preferred, an adhesive is chosen to conform with PMC's patented glue-application system as well as the sealing characteristics of the selected sidewall and bottom stock.

Rugged, extra-strength mechanical components and construction make the PMC 3000 ideally suited to continuous operation at production rates of up to 65 containers per minute. Meticulous engineering allows for quick machine adjustments and fast, easy maintenance, minimizing the time operators need to spend on these tasks. And with its heavy-duty, solid-state controls, the PMC 3000 is a simple, straightforward machine to operate.
