PMC H100-FHA Handle Application Machine
The PMC H100-FHA machine applies handles to preformed paper hot and cold cups.
Our hot-air, heat-seal system applies polyethylene-coated paper handles to cups ranging in size from 4 ounces through 12 ounces at rates of 150 to 200 per minute. A variety of standard, open-eared handles can be positioned anywhere between the underside of the cup's top curl and the inside base of the cup.
Applying a handle to a paper hot cup on the PMC H100-FHA lowers production costs by allowing the cup's sidewall thickness to be reduced, so less paper is needed.
