Zoo Pals
Two-piece, single wrap paper cups produced on Paper Machinery Corporation’s line of forming machines are the finest available for both hot and cold beverage applications.  PMC’s cup forming machines produce leak resistant cups with tight, and smooth rolled top curls for a majority of customers supplying the food service industries.


Scoop Cup
French fries and onion rings are easily scooped into the modified paper cup.  The round, recessed bottom provides stability for eating products form the cup ad the graphic appeal of printing on paperboard provides promotional opportunities.  Cups are formed on either of the PMC-1250 or PMC-1002 machine models.

Buckets
Buckets have greater rigidity than folding cartons.  They also do not leak have better heat retention, and product is easily selected.  Buckets are also a good vehicle for disposing of product waste. Buckets are formed on PMC’s 1300 model at speeds up to 100 cpm.

Handled Beverage Cups
The traditional means of insuring that thermal transfer through a paper cup is managed effectively, is to apply a handle. The handles are heat sealed to the paper cups on the PMC-H100. This allows continued use of existing cup forming machines in conjunction with the ancillary equipment.


Outdoor & Garden "Barrier Plus™"
ProCal is manufacturing and marketing Picture Pots – pots for growing, distributing and merchandising plants. This first commercial application of PMC’s Barrier Plus™ program is for sizes ranging from 9 mm to one gallon. These preprinted plastic containers are run on PMC -1002P and PMC -1300P machines at speeds of 200 cpm and 110 cpm respectively.
