Subject: Torque Spring on Folding Wing Nylon Fingers

Recommendations: 

Drill one #11 (0.191) dia. hole in both right and left Folding Finger as shown below. Press Insert #23577-A into each finger and use torque spring as shown for left and right hand fingers.
