Subject: Bottom Finish Roller Tooling

Recommendations: 

To improve the assurance of a full bottom seal using high pressure bottom rolling, we have developed a new roller teeth serration pattern. Rather than square and straight tooth serrations, all Rollers are now manufactured with an angular and formed tooth profile.

Unless specifically requested on a purchase order, all Rollers now manufactured will be of this design on replacement as well as new tooling orders. This design has proven to be of significant advantage with heavy weight heat seal stock.

This proven refinement can be used on all existing tooling and can be ordered using your present tooling part number.
