Subject: Return Material Authorization
To all PMC customers:
PMC is implementing a new procedure to assure that all returned material claims are resolved as quickly and accurately as possible.
Effective immediately, as part of this new procedure, PMC will no longer accept returned items without an enclosed “Return Material Authorization” form.
Any item being returned to PMC for any reason (warranty for exchange, repair, or wrong item) must have an RMA enclosed. This form should be requested from any of the customer service personnel listed here.
Please have available at the time of request the part number of the item being returned and the original Sales Order that the item was issued under. We will then fax and/or e-mail the RMA form to you for your return.
