PMC is now supplying electronic versions of the machine and tooling documentation. Documentation will be available in a secure, customer specific directory. At the time of shipment for new machine(s) or tool(s), you will receive an email containing a secure link to your files, along with login instructions. The link will open a document library in Sharepoint and prompt you to setup access by logging in and following the login instructions provided.  After this initial setup, the Sharepoint folder will be available to you for future reference or download.


Download links for machines will include the Bill of Materials (BOM), Operator and Maintenance Manuals, and all assembly and electrical drawings. Boxed tool sets will contain the BOM and associated drawings. The document library will not be populated with historical records from machines or tools that have shipped before May 17, 2021.


If printed documentation is needed, this can be ordered through the PMC Service Department. The current rates are as follows:

  • Machine documentation will be $1,050
  • Tooling documentation will be $250
