Subject: Main Drive Belt

Recommendations: 

A new commercial drive belt is now available suitable for replacement of matched sets of three 3V425 Vee Belts used on G-1000 machines.

The new one piece multiple belt is manufactured by Curtis Industries of East Lake, Ohio 44094 U.S.A. A direct replacement belt is number 3R-3V-42J Dayco Wedge Band Belt. Domestic installation may purchase directly while export customers can order through PMC. This new design eliminates unequal stretch of present three belts and resulting belt slippage.

One (1) 3R-3V-42J Wedge Band Belt

Current production will be shipped with standard matched sets of belts until the-new design can be incorporated.
