Subject: Station Springs

Recommendations: 

The two die springs SP-12962 in the ramp style bottom finish station on the PMC-1001 and the four springs SP-11802 on both the bottom pre-heat station and bottom heat station (8 pcs. total) should be replaced on a yearly PM. With age and repeated use we have found that the springs get weak and can cause damage to the station cam and associated parts.
