Subject: Needle Bearing Style Tooling — Grease

Recommendations: 

Paper Machinery Corporation would like to recommend that Chevron Rykon EP 2, EXXON Polyrex EP 2 or equivalent grease be used to lubricate the needle bearing in the bottom finish tooling for the ramp style station. We recommend that this be done once per week, or on a timetable established through use at your company, to prevent premature wear to the needle bearing and post on the tooling.

CAUTION: The grease fitting on the top of the station is for the station only and does not grease the tooling. Over-greasing this fitting will cause damage to the station by packing it too tight and causing it to overheat.
