Subject: Mandrel Stem Extend Assembly — Annual Maintenance Inspection

Recommendations: 

During the annual maintenance on your PMC-1001/PMC-1002 machine, the mandrel stem extend assembly (on top of the turret) should be removed, inspected (for wear), repaired (if necessary), and a film of grease applied to the cam & contact bearing.

The vacuum manifold should also be cleaned, inspected, replaced (if necessary), and lubricated during the re-assembly operation.
